Setting up and installing new IT hardware and software systems.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer issues.
Maintaining hardware and software by conducting regular maintenance and updates.
Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and server issues.
Providing technical support to users and resolving technical errors.
Performing regular tests, upgrades, and backups.
Preparing technical documents, such as error and maintenance reports.
Repairing laptops, printers and other computer peripherals
installing and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems, door access and security alarm systems.
Installing and configuring PABX systems such as Panasonic, NEC and Alcatel.
Making deliveries of IT products to customer and end user site.
Installation and troubleshooting of structure cabling, copper and fibre systems.
Pick-up and delivery of equipment using company provided motorcycle.
Bachelor's degree in computer hardware servicing, IT, computer science, ECE ( electronics ) or any other related field or equivalent working experience.
at least 1 year working experience working as a computer technician, network cabling installer, CCTV installer or any other similar IT roles.
Proficient in windows and mac os operating systems.
Good understanding of laptops, servers, printers and other office equipment.
Willing to work from Monday-Saturday and overtime if required.
Ability to stay up to date in latest IT trends and technologies.
Position is fulltime with full benefits.
