Qualifications
At least graduate of any 4 years course
At least 1-2 years of working experience in data privacy, information security and data protection or equivalent
The Compliance Officer for Privacy (COP) should have sufficient understanding of the data processing operations being carried out by the company
Knowledgeable in Risk Analysis, Risk Management and Data Privacy Act
Basic to advance Communication skills and Presentation skills
Preferably local resident of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas

Job Description
Assist the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and the Compliance Officer for privacy (administratively) in monitoring compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its IRR, and other issuance's of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and relevant data protection laws
Serves as the contact person of the National Privacy Commission or authorities concerning matters of data privacy and information security
Assist the current Compliance Officer for Privacy in providing recommendations regarding complaints and exercising the rights of the data subject
Ensures proper security incident and Data Breach Management of Converge ICT Solutions Inc., Metroworks, its subsidiaries including preparation and submission of reports to the National Privacy Commission
Serves as the contact person of the National Privacy Commission or authorities concerning matters of data privacy and information security
Inform, cultivate awareness and conduct training's on data privacy and data protection withing Converge ICT Solutions Inc., Metroworks, its subsidiaries including relevant laws, rules, regulations and issuance's of the National Privacy Commission
Coordinates, cooperates and seeks advise from National Privacy Commission regarding matters of data privacy and information security
Develops, review and/or revise policies, procedures, guidelines, form, projects and programs of Converge ICT Solutions Inc., Metroworks, its subsidiaries relating to data privacy and data protection
