JOB PURPOSE
The Compliance and Documentation Officer I is responsible for the preparation, submission, and coordination of all required permits and folders to all government agencies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
COMPLIANCE
• Preparation and submission of all required permits (Barangay, Zoning, Mayor, Building, Fire Safety, Occupancy permits etc.)
• Assist in the preparation of the Transfer of Titles
• Provide assistance in transferring the Tax Declaration of all projects.
• Assist in requesting TIN verification of Buyer
• Assist in the payment of the Realty Property Tax of the Buyer
DOCUMENTATION
• Assist buyers in all documents for signing
• Act as an alternate for Documentation Officer
• Provide clerical support in all required folders for Credit Investigation, Notice of Approval, House Inspection, House Inspection etc.)
• Performs related tasks that may be assigned by the management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Education
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Training and Certifications
- Preferably with at least two (2) years experience in office documentation
- With Professional Driver's License
• Specialized Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Can handle sensitive and confidential information
- Reliable, Highly organized, and keen on details
- Has in-depth knowledge in government agencies
- Good critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Applications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- With good interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality
- With a professional driver's license (can drive both manual/automatic)
- Willing to work from Mon-Sat 8am-5pm at Pasong Buaya II, Imus, Cavite
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Availability to travel: Yes
