As the Compliance Analyst on the Ethics and Compliance Investigations team, you will assist with data monitoring and analysis for critical compliance operations, assist with data management, and provide other compliance assistance as needed. You will be integral to the collection, monitoring, and reporting of critical compliance data; assisting with monitoring of key internal compliance controls; and assisting with periodic risk assessments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Ethics and Compliance internal investigations team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data generated by internal investigations and various Ethics and Compliance initiatives.
Prepare trend analysis and other reports of ethics helpline and investigations data for the Ethics and Compliance function and company leaders.
Manage the investigation team's e-discovery efforts, including data preservation, collection, and review.
Assist the Ethics and Compliance team with periodic risk assessments and remediation tracking.
Identify, record, and monitor implementation of compliance tasks and internal controls improvements.
Perform monitoring analysis to identify and report on gaps in compliance-related business controls and processes.
Collect, track to completion, and report on remediations proposed by business owners.
Help manage data pertaining to insider risk management and software asset management efforts.
Other special projects and duties as assigned.
REQUIRED:
B.A. or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university.
Background in data analytics or eDiscovery.
Experience with GRC, case management, data visualization, and eDiscovery platforms and tools.
Strong knowledge of Office365, Excel (including pivot tables), and Microsoft PowerPoint essential; experience with Tableau, Relativity, MetricStream, and Navex preferred.
Oral and written fluency in English required, additional language knowledge a plus.

Demonstrated ability to be proactive, exercise independent judgment, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously.
Strong independent decision-making ability and comfort with issue spotting.
Exemplary work ethic and ability to generate timely, high quality work.
Ability to work effectively in a global environment, and experience with diverse cultures preferred.
Ability to work effectively with customers and management.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Position requires minimal travel.
