Compliance Administrative Assistant in Binondo Manila upto 25k
Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am - 5:30pm
We need somebody who has a basic understanding of legal terminologies and the specific formatting required by the Philippine court or government agency.
as he / she will be in charge of drafting, formatting, reviewing and incorporating new and existing laws and procedures in our current legal
documents before submitting these legal docs to our legal department.
-Spend time carrying out routine tasks such as drafting and updating company, policies
and files, preparing business contracts and proposals and reviewing legal documents if
need be.
-May handle executive summaries and directives.
-May be called on to assist with company compliance issues.
-Maintain and update the legal regulatory compliance monitoring tool.
-Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Must be a graduate of bachelor of arts in political science, liberal arts or humanities.
-Must demonstrate experience with all manner of corporate documents.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
-Must be extremely accurate, and detailed in their paperwork.
-Proactive and able to identify issues, legal risks and potential liabilities.
-Other skills include computer skills, a good working knowledge of standard office
technology and equipment, and general office procedures.
-Certificate in paralegal studies is a plus.
