Description and Requirements
Position Summary
Provides general assistance and support to the company's benefits program. Ensure HR data integrity by maintaining and updating employee data and records. Prepares regular and special reports as requested.
Functional Responsibilities
Maintains accurate team member data in the HR database based on official documents (government records, forms), status change forms, and other official sources of team member information. Validates TIP number/s of new team member/s thru HR database system.
Coordinates with different departments/accounts in ensuring that team member data is kept updated at all times through regular reports, notifications, and as needed, calibration.
Maintains employee records and ensures that information is consistent with HR database and other HR tools (pre-employment requirements, status change forms, performance appraisal forms, etc). Maintain database for new team member's details (i.e. names, account name, hire date, pre-employment requirements and salary details).
Prepares reports using team member information from HR database as needed.
Accommodates employment verification and data requests from both internal and external parties (other employers, banks, etc).
Maintains setup values to align with organizational changes/needs.
Conducts end-user training/orientations on processes and procedures related to company provided benefits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least two (2) years Compensation & Benefits or other HR experience, preferably within the call center, customer service, or any labor-intensive industry (i.e. manufacturing).
General / basic knowledge of other Human Resources principles and concepts (i.e. Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits). Working knowledge of government regulations that impact compensation and salary management.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel).
Previous experience in HRIS platforms like Oracle and SAP is a plus.
