Description
Compensation and Hiring Specialist
Location: Caloocan
Salary: 20k to 30K
Specific Role: Timekeeping and Benefits
Qualifications:
1. Education - College Graduate (Psychology Major)
2. Experience - at least 2 years experience in above average level compensation and recruitment
3. Knowledge - hiring laws and psychometrics
4. Skills - Interviewing, Ad creation, Psychological Assessment, Excellent Communications and
Interpersonal Relations
5. Personality - Charming, organized, self driven and persuasive
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Compensation
o Researches compensation policies and plans in the education industry
o Ensures compensation plans are cost-effective and competitive in the education
industry
o Monitors and researches compensation trends in universities
o Compares compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and
cost analyses
o Designs reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for senior
executive team
o Prepares and updates job descriptions and occupational classifications
o Ensures company is compliant with laws
o Structures salary scales based on industry surveys.
o Prepares appointment papers and HR movements involving salary rates.
o Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
2. Recruitment
o Processes Manpower Requests for EXECOM approvals.
o Prepares job ads based on approved MRs.
o Posts job ads on 5 key job posting sites including website.
o Screens application forms and resumes as per MR specifications.
o Selects and schedules candidates for HR Interview.
o Documents interview assessments
o Conducts online testing and background checks
o Endorses candidates for interviews with requisitioners.
o Endorses candidates for interviews with EXECOM
o Prepares contracts and obtains EXECOM approval.
o Obtains candidate acceptance of contract.
o Endorsed candidate for onboarding.
