Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
With 4-5 years of working experience in supervisory role is required for this position
Must have a solid background in end to end payroll process (manual and system) and benefits administration
Duties and Responsibilities
Take charge in timekeeping and payroll-related activities of the company
Payroll of local staff
Payroll of expatriates
Take charge in the processing of government-mandated benefits
Take charge in the processing of alphalist
Last pay computation
Facilitate request for certification (Employment, Compensation, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG contributions, and Clearance for resigning employees)
Take charge in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly payroll report
Perform other tasks that may be assigned form time to time
