Job Description Key Accountabilities: Conduct compliance training monitoring Follow up by compiling statistics and improving existing training tracking tools and training follow up mechanism. Serving as a one stop service for advising and supporting CLS stakeholders on the use of the compliance training platform including: Compass functions; Coordinating Compass usage training; Responding to employees inquiries on Compass; Performing LMS troubleshooting Keeping abreast of new compliance training resources and developments in the industry and provide recommendations to the CLS team Researching and promoting the use of digital training platforms for CLS stakeholders Job Requirements (Knowledge/Skills/Competencies): Education and Knowledge University degree holder Proven interpersonal skills: collaboration and communications skills (oral, written, presentation), ability to build relationships, engage and influence others. Must be comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior management.
