Job Description:
Render first aid/ medical treatment within the scope of nursing profession.
Issuance of appropriate medicines to sick employees.
Transport sick employees to hospital as needed in case of emergencies that needs further medical management.
Issuance of fit to work clearcance from sick leave.
One on one medical counseling to to sick and pregnant employees.
Classification of Pre-employment medical examination of direct and under agency applicants.
Facilitate the Annual Medical Examination of employees.
Make Government/DOLE related reports and other clinic reports.
