Job Description
Responsible for the Medical and Health welfare of employees
Shall be the coordinator of all activities & health benefit programs to address the medical needs and health welfare of employees.
Assists in the maintenance of proper hygiene and sanitation of the company.
Implements and Maintains Medical benefits for the employees
Coordinates Annual Medical Examination for Rank & File employees
Mantains medical supply and first aid kit
Develops monthly programs/lectures on Health Awareness Seminars
Prepares monthly reports on accidents and sickness incidents within company premises.
Responsible in evaluation and pre-employment examination.
Coordinates activities and budget retainer's fee for Company Doctor and Dentist.
Conducts hospital & house visits for sick employees.
Prepares application forms and facilitates necessary documents for processing of SSS- Sickness, Pag-IBIG/Philhealth benefits.
Assist during medical emergencies involving employees and other parties that the company has interest with either by night or day, holiday or during circumstances that warrants immediate medical
Performs tasks assigned by company executives whenever required.
Job Qualification
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferably a Registered Nurse
Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH for Nurses) Training, Basic Life Support and First Aid Training
Willing to work for extended hours, and on Holidays as the need arises
