Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitors safety conditions in the plant and recommends measures to correct, maintain and improve identified areas that may need attention.
Assists the company physician in performing therapeutic and diagnostic procedures to employees. Refers health concerns beyond area of expertise to company to the company physician and discuss the best treatment plan for individual cases or group of employees.
Provides/ensures appropriate nursing and first aid care to include vital signs monitoring, treatment of wounds and dispensing of common emergency drugs as authorized by the doctor and coordinates hospital treatment if necessary.
Maintains health record of each employees, analyzes data and prepares appropriate periodic reports and recommendations to management.
Recommends and implements approved programs for preventive health care
Performs administrative functions related to the maintenance of medical services and upkeep of the clinic.
Coordinates with HMO, SSS, Philhealth, ECC and other health institutions regarding their provision of medical services to the employees.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification:
Registered Nurse
With at least a year of experience in clinic,hospital and manufacturing set- up
preferably w/ BOSH training & experienced occupational nurse would be an advantage
