Company Nurse/ Corporate Nurse
Qualifications/Job Description:
Must be a Registered Nurse
Preferably with experience as Company Nurse in a manufacturing company
Background in administering first aid treatment and can provide medication for employees
Detail oriented in monitoring and recording patient's condition
Can monitor absenteeism and conducts visitation at home (if needed)
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of clinic, canteen, and general facilities
Assist the company physician in all her clinic schedule
Oversee Annual Physical Examination and pre-employment medical
Accurate enrollment and deactivation of HMO
Active participation in ERT, OSH and other committee formation
Amenable to work in Santo Tomas, Batangas
