We are URGENTLY in need of FIVE (5) COMPANY NURSES
Key Responsibilities
Give first aid and emergency assistance to employees with work-related injuries or illnesses.
Conduct health assessments and physical examination
Document and report workplace incidents and accidents, including investigations and follow-up actions and coordinate to Safety team and HR department.
Coordinate return-to-work programs and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
Develop and implement employee wellness and health promotion programs.
Conduct health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, vision, hearing).
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other occupational health regulations.
Maintain medical supplies and ensure proper clinic operations.
Collaborate with the HR Head and Safety teams on health-related policies and training.
Educate employees on health, safety, and disease prevention practices.
Ability to respond quickly to workplace emergencies.
Ability to work in both office and construction environments.
Maintain confidential medical records of all employees
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Preferred (ONHAP) CERT.
Minimum 6 months-1-year clinical experience (occupational health experience preferred).
Current BLS certification.
Knowledge of workplace health regulations and safety standards.
Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
