Qualifications:
Male / Female
Must be a registered Nurse
With or without experience
Knowledgeable in first aid procedures and workplace health regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule or extended hours if needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the first responder, providing first aid and medical assistance to employees.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision.
Conduct routine health checks and maintain comprehensive health records.
Assist in crafting and executing workplace health and safety programs.
Monitor and replenish medical supplies and first aid kits to ensure readiness.
Collaborate with HR on health-related policies and wellness initiatives.
Lead engaging health education and awareness campaigns for employees.
Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
