Job Description
Organize and administer a health service program integrating occupational safety in accordance with the medical director
Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
Organize and administer health service and community services such as blood donations, Medical, Surgical, and Dental Mission
Participate in the maintenance of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions in the improvement of working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers
Provide nursing care to injured and ill workers and assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
Maintain all employees' medical and other similar records
Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate
Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates
Schedule (every first quarter of the year) and assist annual medical examination of all employees
Generate medical reimbursement report
Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualification
Must be a Nursing graduate and Registered Nurse
Knows how to Suture and has First Aid Skills
Resume and Transcript of Records (TOR)
Good communication skills
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
