Duties & Responsibility
 
Health and Safety Program
Assist the Health and Safety Environment Committee in the development and implementation of the health and safety policies and programs
Participate in sanitation programs to ensure over-all health and wellness. 
Collaborate with safety officers to address workplace hazards and promote a safe working environment
Health Assessments and Emergency Care
Conduct initial health assessments and physical examinations for employees
Monitor and record employees' health conditions, including vital signs and symptoms of sickness or injury
Provide first aid and emergency care of injuries or medical emergencies that occur in the workplace
Maintain and manage emergency medical supplies and equipment, such as but not limited to first aid kits and medicines
Health Records and Compliance
Maintain accurate and confidential health records of employees
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and guidelines
Prepare and submit reports on health-related issues and concerns to management
Group Health Insurance
Facilitate and administer health insurance matters with employees and approved dependents such as, but not limited to, facilitation of LOA issuance, hospitalization assistance, among others.
Monitor movements of healthcare active list (addition and deletion) to ensure accurate employee health records
Coordinate closely with healthcare provider to ensure smooth facilitation of health care services. 
Job Specifications
Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license
1 -3 years experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a background in occupational health or a similar field.
Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, Ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies, Motivate employees regarding health and wellness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, compassionate and empathetic with a strong commitment to employee well-being, Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
