JOB DESCRIPTION
??Administer first aide treatment and provide medication to all employees.
??Maintain all employee's medical records.
??Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit a "fit to work" certificate upon returning to work.
??Schedule and assist Annual Physical Examinations of all employees
??Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies every month.
??Conduct Health Seminars to all employees.
JOB QUALIFICATION
??Bachelor/College Degree in Nursing
??PRC License in Nursing or its equivalent
??At least one (1) year experience - Nurse/Medical Support and Assistant or equivalent
??Preferably with SHE Training
??Has knowledge in documentation, monitoring and filing of health related benefits
