Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Nursing with Active PRC License
With Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training
With Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) Certificate.
Exposure in other HR function such as processing Gov't Mandated Benefits is a plus
Experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated, articulate and good in planning
Can carry out instruction with less supervision
Exhibits service and people orientation, as well as capable of facilitating health counseling
Able to multitask and can handle work-related pressure
