COMPANY NURSE
Job Description
Qualification:
Registered Nurse (RN)
Preferably with OHNAP Membership
Has excellent interpersonal and analytical Skills
Proficient in both Oral and written communication
With a professional demeanor and the ability to think independently.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Provide employees with basic health care needs.
Maintain employee health records and reports.
Assist the company Physician during scheduled visits.
Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
Perform physical assessment and medical assistance such as first aid treatment and emergency procedures.
Consult and coordinate with HMO to assess and implement patient care plans.
Assist in cases of hospitalization.
Improve the existing health & safety programs.
Promote health programs.
Facilitates annual APE and pre-employment medical requirements.
Submit reports as required by DOLE.
Assist all HR functions and documentation.
Maintain employee records.
