COMPANY NURSE
RESPONSIBILITY
Assess employees with medical condition/injury/accident that occur inside the company premises.
Coordinate with affiliated insurance for Annual Physical Examination.
Examines pre-employment medical for new hires.
Check and validates submitted medical/ dental certificate by employees.
Assist employees regarding health insurance inquiries, insurance renewal and refunds.
Drug inventory, dispense and supply requisition.
Coordinate with PCO, SO and first aider regarding emergency, safety and health in the company.
Submits Annual Accident/Incident Report to DOLE.
Manage SSS sickness and maternity claims of employees .
Able to multi-task related tasks, if necessary.
REQUIREMENT
Registered Nurse
With at least 2 years or less working experience as a Company Nurse
With OSH Certificate is an advantage but not required
Impressive computer skills. (Excel, Powerpoint)
Strong analytical skills
Works with less supervision and willing to work overtime
Willing to learn HR functions.
