COMPANY NURSE
Starting Rate: P20K - P25 depending on experience
Location: On-Site / In-Office
Shift: 9am - 6pm (TUE, WED & SAT), 3pm - 12am (THU & FRI)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides Basic Healthcare
Implements OSH Policies and Programs
Monitors and Reports Employees' Health
Conducts Training/Seminars on Safety and Health
Annual and Monthly DOLE Report on Employer's Work Accident/Illness
OSH Committee
HMO Application and Utilization
201 and 202 files

QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Nurse
At least 2 years of work experience as a company or a regular nurse.
Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health and Nursing
With First Aid and OSH training - preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Critical-thinking skills.
Willing to learn and adapt to the office and corporate environment.
A warm and caring disposition.
