COMPANY NURSE
Requirements:
Graduate of BS Nursing
Registered Nurse, Male or Female
Basic Life Support/First Aid Training is an advantage
Excellent in oral and written communication
Efficient in Documentation and making of reports (i.e. Incident Reports)
Must be organized, respectful, flexible and willing to put in overtime if needed
With OHNAP certification is an advantage
Ubay, Bohol Assignment until April 2024
Responsibilities:
To conduct necessary procedures (e.g. blood pressure check) on employees
To provide complete medical reports as requested by clients & management
To tend to injured and sick patients/employees at the project site, must be willing to put in overtime (when necessary)
To assist the Head Safety Officer and Project Team in their daily activities
To prepare incident reports and implement safety programs
