Company NurseRamon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI)

The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting good health for all employees in the Foundation. Will work closely with the Health and Safety Officer in promoting well-being among all employees.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating with company's health care provider to set up Annual Physical Exam (APE) and medical data of RAFI Group employees
Works closely with Health and Safety Officer in assessing employee health risks, raise healthcare awareness and complies to DOLE required reports
Responsible for providing general medical first aid to injured or unwell employees during work hours
Shall manage the care and welfare of any patient in the RAFI Clinic and assist in any medical emergency transport of patient to designated hospital
Shall assist the Human Capital to mitigate pressing medical health concern of employees as identified by the team
Takes charge of the Human Capital Medical Hotline and ensure proper medical care is given to employees in case of emergency
Keeps record of employee medical incident reports
Qualifications
Registered Nurse
With at least 2 years of experience as company nurse or hospital nurse
Preferably with certificate in occupation health training
