COMPANY NURSE
Job Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
With PRC License and OSH Certificate.
With First Aid Training.
BS NURSING GRADUATE.
At least 2 years nursing experience in Hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administers first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed, including assistance to nearest hospital.
Monitors and records the patient's condition.
Assists Medical Retainer in all medical consultations and procedures that needs to be performed in the company clinic
Updates Medical Retainer on all cases handled in the absence of the retainer
Maintain all employees medical and other similar records
Assists employees and employees' heir in the filing of government and insurance mandated forms in relation to their death, sickness and EC claims.
Secures and ensures that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate
Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates and updates medical retainer of the said evaluation.
Schedules in the applicable medical examination of employees.
Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month
Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time.
Dispensed first aid medicine when necessary.
Plans and implements all programs relating to OSH.
Implement rules and regulations as required by the OSH Law.
