QUALIFICATIONS:
· Graduate of BS Nursing; Registered Nurse
· Knowledgeable in first aid administration and health report interpretation
· Can conduct seminar and orientation
· Preferably with BOSH Training
· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Administers first aid to individuals (employees, visitors, suppliers, contractors, etc.) who suffered injuries or illnesses while inside Company premises, and transports the same to a hospital facility when necessary
· Regularly checks the condition of employees who suffered work-related injuries
· Conducts home visit to employees who are on prolonged sick leave
· Counsels employees who have health problems and advises them of the recommended treatments
· Assists the Company Doctor during his/her duty in the Company
· Processes the employees' Philhealth and SSS/EC benefit claims
· Ensures that new hires comply to the Company's pre-employment medical requirements
· Schedules and checks the annual physical examinations (APE) of regular employees
· Informs the regular employees of their APE results
· Processes the renewal of health certificates of regular employees
· Maintains the medical files of all employees
· Assists and leads in the medical-related activities such as medical mission, blood donation drive, annual physical exam, etc.
· Maintains records of injuries, illness and work-related accidents
· Conducts first aid and health and safety orientation
· Reports quality and food safety issues to immediate superior or to any member of the Food Safety Team in the absence of the former
· Participates in the organizational multi-tasking requirements and supports wide-range development of the organization and committee/s structure
· Performs other functions which help achieve productivity
