Description
1.3 Must be a Registered Nurse with at least two (2) years' experience in first aid treatment and HR/Administrative work
1.4 Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) training.
1.5 With a Medical Background and knowledgeable about administering the right treatment
1.6 Work experience in a plant set- up is an advantage
1.7 Ability to perform a variety of specialized activities related to HR management, including administration, contracting and performance evaluation, monitoring of transactions, reporting
1.8 Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
1.9 Results oriented and able to work within deadlines
1.10 Flexibility and multi-tasking
1.11 With good communication skills and the ability to objectively explain concepts, policies, and ideas to people with varying levels of knowledge
1.12 Good-team player and ability to deliver positive results expeditiously
1.13 Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.)
1.14 Applicant must be willing to work in Porac, Pampanga
