Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Must be a Registered Nurse
With at least 1 year of experience as a company nurse/health practitioner
Excellent intrapersonal /communication skills.
Can start ASAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts frequent and regular health protocols monitoring and ensures that it is strictly implemented
Monitors stock inventories and requests purchase of medicine and medical equipment when necessary
Evaluates and verifies medical certificates provided by employees who experienced medical need
Safe keeps employees' medical records and develops programs related to occupational health services
Develops different strategies to educate and train the employees on health-related topics
Promotes health through health activities, counseling and seminars, and health education
Performs other duties pertaining to maintenance of health and safety that may be assigned from time to time.
