Job Role
Provides emergency and palliative care and treatment to employees within the legal scope of nursing, responsibility such as first aid treatment, checking of vital signs, health interview, dispensing of medicine;
Conduct thorough physical examinations on an employee in order to establish pre-existing medical conditions or determine physical ailments acquired in the workplace;
Maintains employees' individual medical records with strict confidentiality;
Coordinates any work related injuries/illnesses to the Safety Officer for immediate investigation and corrective action;
Perform health counseling and and education programs.
Job Qualifications
Must be a graduate of Nursing;
Must be licensed;
Must have at least a 1 year industrial exposure;
Must be able to work with less supervision;
Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Calinan, Davao City.
