Description
Provide Basic Health Care (First Aide)
Administered prescribed Medication to patient
Evaluating employees health and making lifestyle recommendation to improve their health
Facilitate Annual Physical Exam of company's employees
Guide and direct all referrals to outside healthcare providers and services
Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical
Nursing Guidelines
Manage all cases to facilitate productivity, assuring appropriate care and return to work.
Responsible in promoting Health & Wellness Program to Empower Employees Health
Facilitate & Conduct Audit to the canteen area towards providing hygienic ,healthy and tasteful foods for the employees.
Responsible in monitoring, issuance but not limited to Company Uniforms & Company Inside Shoes (Safety Shoes & Slippers)
Handling & Monitoring meal stub & issuance to the employees
Assisting HRA Supervisor in preparation of Company ID,labels,signages ,bulletin board ,decorations etc.
Monitoring & checking locker occupancy ,stock & keys
Assisting HRA Supervisor in monitoring ,conduct roving in the locker & canteen area, company vicinity.
Monitoring & checking of HR forms availability ,if not available prepare list of forms for request and submitted to HRA Supervisor for replenishment
Assisting HRA Supervisor on all facets of HR such as but not limited to Company Activities & Event
Assisting HRA for the improvement of Benefits of employees
Perform other HR related task that may be assigned from time to time by the HRA Superviso
Graduate of BS Nursing -Registered Nurse
Flexible and Team Oriented
Computer Literate
Willing to work in Laguna Technopark
Can start immediately-Urgent Hiring
Willing for shifting schedule
