Provide appropriate medical/clinical assistance to all employees
Update, monitor and keep clinic forms and documentation for standard procedure and reporting purposes which includes inventory of clinic supplies, medical records, and other documents.
Will act as one of the Company's assigned Safety Coordinators
Facilitate training to the employees that are related to Health and Safety of employees, On boarding and New Hire Orientation.
Liaise with HMO provider; Maintains and update membership list on a timely basis
Reporting of health incidents, and knowledgeable on DOLE compliance and reporting
Responds to General inquiry
Work on admin duties assigned from time to time
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
Accreditation in Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Knowledge in government regulations and compliance
Knowledge in OSH audit and compliance
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Willing to work on-site in Cabuyao, Laguna.
