Description
· Ascertains clients/employees vital signs (i.e. body temperature, blood pressure); dispenses Over-The-Counter medicines, if needed. Coordinates with Lifeline for medical emergencies.
· Administers first aid and undertakes monthly inventory; checks all medical equipment if in good working condition and request from Purchasing Department, if needed.
· Assists the Immediate Head as follows:
o In all marketing efforts such as, but not limited to, marketing collaterals in-house production and placement, press release recording and filing, and online marketing client communication (i.e. social networking), as needed.
o Handles venue rental client inquiries and transactions, specifically, pencil booking/ scheduling of inquiries, sending contract proposals and closing the transaction.
o Oversees client's availment of company services, through customer feedback and constant communication with client, considering both pre and post requirements. Coordinates with support departments (i.e. operations, security and maintenance) and requests assistance needed to supervise client events which includes provision of parking pass for building clients, and gate pass/work permits for client related events
· Encodes new customer information and manages data base by updating existing records.
· Prepares daily, weekly and monthly collated information such as: foot traffic, class attendance of students, and closed rental transactions of Roof Deck and Dance Studio.
