Basic Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of BS
• Nursing, preferably with an active PRC License.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field is required for the position.
• With working background specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support and Assistant or related to Health and Wellness or equivalent.
• Has the ability to read and interpret medical documents and provide feedback and assistance.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in Pasig.
• To start immediately.
Company Nurse will be responsible for the following:
• Evaluate the needs of the employee, including assessment of work-related environment to identify potential occupational health problems.
• Provide education and training programs to employees about wellness, ways to avoid injury on the job, good ergonomics, stress management and develop health improvement programs.
• Ensuring employees receive suitable and adequate health orientation training.
• Ensuring adequate and suitable health information notices provided to employees.
• Keep proper records of employee's medical information and vital signs. Maintain accurate and detailed reports of health registers in coordination with the HR Department.
• Maintain employee's confidence and protection by keeping the medical and health information confidential.
• Ensuring medical supplies inventory by checking stock inventory level, foreseeing needed supplies and orders, verifying receipt of medical supplies to achieve job results.
• Maintain a safe and clean first aid station by complying with standard health regulations with assistance from health care support personnel.
• Ensuring all occupational health occurrences entered in the accident book.
• Maintain documentation of employee care services by reviewing department health records.
• Maintain treatment guidelines by writing occupational procedures.
• Other matters as instructed by the Health and Safety Head.
