Job Qualifications
-To conduct first aid treatment to all sick or injured employees and workers. Assess or evaluate if further treatment is necessary and bring the victim or patient to the hospital for proper treatment or medications.
-Conduct awareness training by providing seminars and lectures or any alternative way an employees can be aware of different illnesses especially those seasonal illnesses, its symptoms, medication and prevention.
-To review the result of Annual Physical Examination conducted to employees to determine the common sicknesses and to come up with the preventive solutions.
-Prepare accident incident report to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
