JOB SUMMARY
Provide Healthcare services to all Company employees.
Responsible in providing general first aid when needed along with assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health.
Assist in HR & Admin functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide basic healthcare to all employees:
1.1 Administer first aid when needed.
1.2 Evaluate employees over-all health.
2. Administer prescribed medication and treatment during working hours.
3. Organize employees physicals:
3.1 Coordination with Company Health Provider/s.
3.2 Coordination with service provider for blood lead testing
3.3 Set-up Annual Physical Examination
4. Raise Healthcare Awareness.
5. Reporting on Employee Health.
6. Responsible for regular updating of manhours monitoring.
7. Responsible for regular updating of blood lead monitoring.
8. Assist in all other HRAD functions as needed.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

JOB SPECIFICATION
Formal Education
: College graduate, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, licensed.
Experience
: At least one (1) year related experience in the hospital /company
setting
Preferably with experience or basic training and knowledgeable of ISO
9001 standard (Quality Management System)
Preferably with prescribed DOLE 40 Hrs Basic Occupational Safety &
Health (BOSH) Training
Others
: Above average inter-personal /communication skills. Computer Literate
(Competent in MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel Skills. Detail-Oriented,
capable of multi-tasking and pro-active.
