Job Descriptions
Promote safety hazard and precautionary measures in the workplace.
Provide first aid to all employees needing for emergency treatment including vital sign recording and dispensing needed medicine.
Observe and monitor employee's health status specially for those who has health issues by making a monitoring report.
Make a list of basic medicine and first aid supplies fir for operation needs.
Monitors and maintains inventory via preparation of monthly report of medicines, first-aid equipment, medical equipment, devices and other supplies related health and safety.
Handles Health, Safety and Sanitation of the company in accordance to the municipal requirement.
Validates medical results and clearances provided by the employee as justifications to its absence(s).
Conducts and promotes health and safety awareness and programs to all employees.
Job Qualifications
Must be graduate of BS Nursing.
Must be a licensed nurse.
Preferably with BOSH, Safety Training certification and other certifications related to this field.
With at least 2-3 years of experience as a company nurse or regular nurse.
With Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health and Nursing.
Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Willing to do administrative works.
Must have excellent critical thinking skills.
Must have complete requirements and can start ASAP.
