Candidate must possess at least a degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse is a must
At least 2 to 3 years of experience as HR in a manufacturing set-up is an advantage
Has exposure in usual Medical Reporting - in a manufacturing set up
Provide first aid /medical assistance to all employees
Facilitate enrollment and coordination with health and life insurance providers
Keep clinic records and reports health status of the company
Carry out activities involving health
Proficient in MS Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher).
Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Can work under pressure and minimum supervision.
Must be adaptable, team player, proactive and with leadership potential.
With pleasing personality.
