JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides basic health care which includes administering first aide where needed and evaluating employee's overall health
Administering prescribed medication and treatment
Coordinate with company's health care provider to set up annual examination
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of BS Nursing
Atleast 1 year experience in related function
Registered Nurse/Passed board Exam/Professional License Exam in Nursing
Supplemental Pay:
