QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): 6 months clinical experience., with BLS or BOSH is an advantage, with knowledge on government benefits processing (PhilHealth, SSS, PAGIBIG)
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Willing to work on shifting schedule.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attends to employees medical needs;
Maintain and update medical records of all employees;
Monitor medicines for first aid treatment.
Ensure that medical claims of employee who are hospitalized are properly filed before the discharge from the hospital;
Prepare Occupational Health Program:
Coordinates the Annual Physical Health Examination to all Employees;
Establish and maintain Health Education and Couseling;
Create and promote programs for Family Welfare align to DOLE;
Create activities in compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
