Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Responsibility:
Provides basic first aid and healthcare screening, and prevents healthcare problems at work through risk assessment, education and training and other initiatives.
Develops sickness and health policies and reviews the pre-employment and annual medicals of employees.
Manages employee sickness and coordinates health and safety of workers.
Coordinates health care services for injured workers and counsel workers about non-occupational injuries, as well as facilitates communication between injured workers, safety team and the management.
Assesses health status of employees and recommends if they need to be sent home or continue working.
Maintains updated health records of employees.
