Job Description
1. Performs first aid and treatment of minor ailments of employees. 2. Coordinates with accredited hospital for pre-employment and annual medical check-ups, medical referrals, and medical results and other medical services pertaining to employee benefits 3. Conducts home visits on sick employees as per request. 4. Initiates seminars, programs, lectures related to or beneficial to the employees health per se, its maintenance and its enhancement. 5. Controls and manages issuance of medical supplies to employees. 6. Monitors and maintains the general health, well-being and safety of the employees. 7. Assists in the processing of health related benefits (SSS and Philhealth documents). 8. Performs other HR clerical jobs that may be assigned from time to time. 9. Assists and supports the implementation of the safety program of the company.
Job Qualifications
1. Female or Male
2. Graduate of BS Nursing
3. Must be Licensed/Registered.
4. With previous related work experience in a manufacturing firm.
5. Knowledgeable on First Aid Treatment
6. Computer Literate
7. Knows how to evaluate medical history
8. With strong communication skills
9. Can work under pressure
