Job Description
SWAK BPO Corp. is looking for a licensed Company Nurse to provide basic healthcare services to our company's employees. The company nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing Health & Safety Programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury.
To ensure success, the company nurse should possess excellent knowledge and skill in emergency healthcare-related issues in the workplace. They should also assess the work environment to identify any work hazards and plan intervention programs accordingly.
Develop and implement health and safety programs
Provide first-aid and emergency treatment in the workplace
Create and maintain a clean and comfortable clinic
Document all employee injuries and illness and keep this information confidential
Communicate with management on a daily basis
Job Qualification
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduate
Must be registered nurse
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Critical thinking skills
A warm and caring disposition
Working as a company or a regular nurse is a plus
OSH Certified is a plus
Has experience as a Company Nurse or a Regular Nurse is a plus
