Job Description
 Provides emergency and palliative care and treatment to employees such as first aid treatment, checking vital signs, health interview and counselling and dispensing others.  Assess and determine the health status of the employee which include recommendations such as sent home or back to work.  Assess fitness to work of employees coming from sick leave and issue necessary clearance as applicable.  Refer or transport ill employees to accredited hospital as may deem necessary.  Coordinates annual medical examination of employees. Evaluates results and refer to Company Physician for management, monitor recommendation, follow through until findings has been cleared.  Assists Safety Officer for safety compliance within the company.  Facilitate contact tracing together with Safety Officer.  Arrange First Aid & Safety trainings  Create and conduct Health and Safety monthly report and meetings.  Facilitate health and safety awareness program.  Responsible for the SSS Sickness Reimbursement and SSS Maternity documentation and computation.  Performs purchase request of clinic items through Intramart system.  Create proposal for new HMO provider and facilitate HMO renewal of employees.  Canteen audit and concessionaire outsourcing.  Lead General Affairs activities like incentive programs and events.
Job Qualifications
Willing to work in FPIP Batangas
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Licensed. Preferably with one-year related experience in company set-up.

 With good interpersonal skills and communication skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
 Licensed Nurse
