Job Responsibilities:
Issues referral form for pre-employment medical exam for newly hired applicants.
Receives pre-employment medical results and endorse the same to HR.
Provide support in the implementation of occupational health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being and optimum work productivity.
Provides clinic assistance and nursing services to employees covering first-aid treatment, health counseling, assistance on occupational health emergencies, administration, and inventory of clinic medicines and supplies.
Shall collaborate with the team in maintenance and update of employee health records, evaluation, documentation, and report preparation on annual medical exam results, employee health visit.
Job Qualification:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Must be a Registered Nurse
With at least 1-year of work experience as Industrial Nurse
