Give appropriate medication assistance to concern employee and recommend further medication
Conduct treatment of Medical Emergency or conduct first -aid medication for all injuries
Provide referral slip according to patient's complaints
Provide Medical Referral for Pre-Employment
Perform diagnostic checks among other employee's/patients (monitor pulse, blood pressure, temperature, provide medicine's and injections with guidance from Company Physician
Conduct appropriate training and educate employees on how to prevent illness so that they can work more effectively
Provide membership, registration, application and necessary report to the government agencies not limited to SSS, PEZA, DOLE, Phil-Health..etc
Monitor and record employee's/patient's condition and document provided care services.
Administer workloads and assist the HR Manager for other assignment that may assign to her from time to time
Assist Company Safety Officers for safety related program
Prepare, implement and monitor the company health related programs
Coordinates with the Health Care Provider for the enrollment and renewal of membership
