Job Description
1. Gives services to all employees who have suffer illnesses. 2. Assist employees who need medical assistance. 3. Assists company doctor when giving services to employee/s.
4. Assists sick employee/s and give the prescribed medicines. 5. Records and monitors the stock of medicines. 6. Records and updates leave of all employees.
7. Maintain medical records (such as record of employee's medical history, pre-employment medical examination result, accident report.) 8. Issuance of medical referral to all applicants and to all employees who seek the services of our company physicians and services of our accredited clinic/ hospitals. 9. Prepares and assist Annual Physical Examination.
