Description
Job and Responsibilities:
Provides basic first aid and healthcare screening, and prevents healthcare problems at work through risk assessment, education and training and other initiatives.
Develops sickness and health policies and reviews the pre-employment and annual medicals of employees
Manages employee sickness and coordinates health and safety of workers.
Coordinates healthcare services for injured workers and counsel workers about non-occupational injuries, as well as facilities communication between injured workers, safety team and the management.
Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/Registered Nurse.
At least one (1) years of working practice in the related fields is required for the position.
Ability to work under pressure, direction focus, attention to details, accuracy in recording and inputting information and have the ability to work under minimal supervision.
