JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintains medical and related records of employees. Prepares the necessary reports on a monthly basis.
Ensures that employees who go on leave for medical reasons must submit a fit-to-work certification from a doctor before clearance is given. Reviews test results submitted.
In case of accident in the workplace, accompanies the injured employee to the nearest hospital. Assists the Health and Safety Officer in investigating the incident for corrective action.
Coordinates with the Company Doctor the weekly visits and the check-up of employees and workers.
