Job Description
1. Identifying employee's care requirements, minor or major injuries if any and focus on their needs and act of them while the company is in operations. 2. Nurturing a compassionate environment by providing nursing care and medical assistance to all employee's 3. Giving appropriate Medication Assistance to all employee's in case and recommend for further medication 4. Treat Medical Emergency or conduct first -aid medication for all minor and major injuries; 4.1. Cleaning and dressing wounds. 4. 2. Give referral Slip and recommend qualified physicians according to patient's complaints. 5. Provide Medical Referral for Pre-Employment 6. Give appropriate training and educate employees on how to prevent illness so that they can work more effectively 7. Provide and prepare membership, registration and application report for the government agencies, SSS, PEZA, DOLE, Phil-Health 8. Perform diagnostic checks among other employee's/patients (monitor pulse, blood pressure, temperature, provide medicine's ) and injections with guided by Company Physician 9. Monitor and record employee's/patient's condition and document provided care services. 10. Administer Workloads and Assist HR Manager for other assignment that may assign to her from time to time 11. Follow Phil Care Regulations and Standards 12. Assist Company Safety Officers in Updating Safety Board and Conduct meeting if necessary 13. Work within and cooperate with a Multidisciplinary team
Job Qualifications
1. BS or Diploma in Nursing
2. Proven Nursing Experience either in hospitals or in Manufacturing Industry
3. Familiarity with professional and Nursing care knowledge
4. Problem Solving skills and ability to multi-task in HR/ Admin Task
5. Compassionate Individual and with good communication skills both in written and oral
6. Excellent Team Work Skills
7. Ability to work under pressure
