DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Medical Support
1. Responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and teach workers about ways to be more responsible in the workplace.
2. Provides first aid on injured employees, and if necessary assist them on nearest hospital.
3. Investigates and analyzes injury trends, research possible occupational hazards, and collaborates with the Safety Officer.
4. Maintains and monitors employee health records, medicine inventory.
5. Responsible on insurance application of regular employee and annual renewal.
6. Facilitates and schedules Annual Physical Exam (APE).
7. Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department, including general clerical duties and other administrative function.
Other Tasks
1. Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the General Services Department, including facilitating staff workloads and branch follow ups regarding repairs and progress.
2. Maintains 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) system in their respective working area.
